Double Update Mini but a gooden!

I have just updated the game again as I got some valuable feedback from someone during a stream
ive labled the updates as so

1 - Ive taped over the options panel until I put actual options in, Im getting people asked me why the options is broken but its not its just not been implemented yet until I finish the game a bit more

2 - Each base at the side of a level now shows the progress of how much you have completed in a level, (Used to be just standard 100% nothing else)

3 - I noticed alot of new players heading straight to the collection room so ive locked it off now, beat simply 2 levels to explore now, it should be more intuative to get to the levels first now

- 4, replaced a wooden sign post with one of the New in game Npc's that I had missed
